Wizkid And DJ Tunez Set To Face The High Court As Tony Tetuila Sues The Duo For Copyright Infringement

Recall the copyright infringement issue alleged by veteran singer Tony Tetuila, on DJ Tunez and popular singer Wizkid. The issue which many thought has been swept under the carpet by the veteran singer is reopening just again as Tony Tetuila sues Dj Tunez and Wizkid over Copyright Infringement and unauthorized use of the intellectual property.

Fast-rising DJ DjTunez and Afrobeat Star Wizkid are being sued by musical Veterans Tic Tac and Tony Tetuila for copyright infringement and unauthorized use their intellectual property, which many thought have been settled behind closed doors.

The suit as regards to the song “Gbese” by Dj Tunez and Wizkid which was said to have infringed on the copyright of the hit song “Fe Fe Ne Fe” by Tic Tac and Tony Tetuila without authorization from Tony Tetuilla and Tic Tac is up in the court of law as both singers are to face the court of law over the unauthorized usage of their song

As at the time of this report Wizkids camp hasn’t responded to the charges raised against them and the case is now lodged at the Federal High Court in Ikoyi.
