Nigerian singer, Ejiro Emokinovo, has died in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, after performing at a birthday celebration.
Ejiro performed at the 90th birthday celebration of the mother of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila.
Ejiro reportedly passed away in Dubai after unsuccessful surgery on Thursday.
She had gone to perform at the 90th birthday party of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamilia with her husband Desmond, who is part of the band when she went in for surgery after the party but sadly passed away.
Her husband, Desmond, has since taken to Instagram to mourn her death. Sharing a photo of a burning candle and a video of one of her performances, he wrote; ”Of a truth, there’s no justice in this world…. The worst day of my entire existence…
