Rema’s Manager Sean Okeke Reacts To Purported Rema’s Fake Death News Error

According to Rema’s reported death news which went viral yesterday, 1 January 2020 following  rumor that was first hand laid out by Wikipedia, which had occurred when the singer’s profile and content is undergoing some redressing, as it’s profile was tempered with, as the information written on his page had said that the young artist had died on the 1st of February. Rema who is one of the fastest-rising artist in the Nigeria music industry who is signed to Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin Records  has been exclusively confirmed to be doing well.

Furious about the recent rumor, Rema’s manager, Sean Okeke has reacted to the death reports of the fast-rising singer, following by the error of yesterday made by someone on Wikipedia to tarnish his image. According to fake reports, that got to us, it was said that Rema was found dead in his Lagos apartment on Saturday.

Okeke said: “Rema is hale and healthy!

“Pls it’s all false. What really happened was that some hacker hacked into his Wikipedia page, and changed his date of birth and then added a death date Feb 1 2020. But our digital officer has reversed it.“Death is not something one can hide! He is hale and healthy, he is fine. We don’t want to blow this out of proportion” he added.

It would be recalled that after the internet became agog with news that Rema was dead, some hours later, stories started making rounds that Rema had resurrected from the dead; adding another twist to the story
