President Of The Marlian Republic, Naira Marley In Another Court Case

Nigeria controversial rapper and president of the Marlians Republic, Adeyemi Fashola best known as Naira Marley, who is still enjoying his most recent  and first music award at Sound City MVP awards as he clinched the “Viewers Choice” award last week Saturday. The artist whose case with the EFCC is still pending after getting freedom on bail, a Lagos State Magistrates’ Court has dismissed another case brought to it against the artist concerning a car theft charge filed by the police against the Nigerian hip hop artist.

The popular “Soapy” crooner  has just escaped the said  allegation as the Chief Magistrate court, Mr be Tajudeen Elias made the order on Tuesday morning after receiving a settlement agreement between the complainant Mr Adelekan Ademola and the rapper and his family members charged alongside. Naira Marley, his two brothers Idris Fashola, 18; Babatunde Fashola, 24; and their cousin, Kunle Obere, 22 were the defendants in the case.According to reports, the rapper was absent in court, but the other defendants were in court as at the end of the court hearing, the court dismissed the case in favor of the Marlian president.
