Nollywood actor and practicing Politician, Yul Edochie is surely not able to stand the hardship the Coronavirus Pandemic has caused in Nigeria as he is leading a massive trending tweet in which he is urging that Nigeria’s President, Muhammadu Buhari give out at least N50,000 each to all Nigerians to aid them during the Coronavirus lockdown.
Reacting to the president’s broadcast last night, Yul tweeted;
“Dear President @MBuhari Pls provide an economic relief package for Nigerians, even if it’s 50k each, it will go a long way. People are hungry, locked down with no money, begging left, right & centre. With a situation like this, it’ll be difficult to keep people at home”, Yul Edochie wrote.
However, his few hours post has gotten a lot of people on twitter, responding, retweeting and following suit as many while complaining how the Nation Nigeria, under this circumstance of the Coronavirus has lead to more hardship which is more deadlier, others have however, questioned Yul’s contribution ever since the outbreak while others have seen his statement as quite a ridiculous one.
