Genevieve as a matter of fact must have been accustomed to the usual ways of fans throwing shades at their celebrity, as this might not have been her first to be hit by a fan who threw ugly shade. But maybe some might quite be in total disagreement with the criticisms that has been put out on Nigeria movie legendary star.
Though the “Lion Heart” producer has gotten some criticism over her 2018 movie whose copyright was purchased by Netflix which made a nomination at the Oscars.
However, a particular social media user, attacked Genevieve over the movie “Lion Heart” as she posit that the actress is a terrible actor despite all her achievements and journey in the Nigerian movie industry.
Genevieve Nnaji who has starred in movies like Blood Sister, Mirror Boy, Formidable Force and many other blockbusters is a multiple award winning thespian, who have also featured in about 80 movies and still counting might not find this funny, but already should get use to it.
Nevertheless the social media user, identified as Okorite Gillis does not seem to be impressed by her achievements.
Okorite insisted that the Nollywood actress is not actually as good as many people think.
Her comment was actually initially drawn from some social media discussion which compares actors and actresses to each other, but the unimpressed Okorite wrote;
“Genevieve. Not because she can act honesty, she’s a terrible actor. But because she has connect that will make the film go global”
