Popular Nigeria singer, D’banj who is currently being faced with charges regarding rape has shared a video which he used to show off his dancing skill while reacting to the rape allegation against him which he denies by saying he’s ”Innocent until proven guilty”.
The singer who showed his displeasure with a lot of people regarding the issue has cautioned against social media trials after many Nigerians attacked him following the news of the arrest of his rape accuser who was also allegedly coerced to recant.
”Innocent until proven guilty…., STOP SOCIAL MEDIA TRIAL #SAY NO TO RAPE AND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION”, he captioned the video.

Although D’Banj has denied these allegations via his Instagram handle and even sued for N100M compensation, the beginning of his deal with Heritage Bank which came to him as a 40th birthday gift seems to be coming to a halt.
The suspended deal is coming after a petition which asks the United Nations, UN, to end the ambassadorial deal with singer D’banj following a rape allegation against him, garnered over 15, 000 signatures.
Meanwhile, the allegation will now be probed after the Inspector-General of Police made the order following the controversies surrounding it.
