Nigerian super star singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido who is also busy with the preparation of the up coming concert, has gone ahead to show his dissatisfaction with the Nigeria government and how the country has degenerated to a mockery with the current event of the release and re-arresting of the convener of the RevolutionNowMovement and the total control of decision making by the Department of State Services, DSS, whose arm have defiled the ruling of yesterday judgment Ijeoma Ojukwu of the Federal High Court Abuja.
Davido said this while reacting to the action of the operatives of the Department of State Services, DSS, who invaded an Abuja Federal High Court, chased out lawyers before re-arresting Omoyele Sowore, convener of RevolutionNow Movement. Davido has referred the Judicial system of Nigeria as holding no water in not just making good judgment as the practice of Democracy in Nigeria, no longer obtainable as the rule of law no longer stands with the Department Of State Services taking decisions by itself despite court ruling.
In a tweet, Davido wrote: ‘Justice slowly becoming a thing of the past in our dear country. A kid somewhere in Nigeria dreaming of becoming a lawyer and bettering the community would see this and start having doubt, just sad.”
