One of Nigeria’s and Nollywood talented actor, Mike Ezuruonye who is known for his bad boy and hard headed male role which he plays on movie set few hours ago had fans running to his page to see a video of his eye surgery he posted on his Instagram page. The actor who confirmed by himself about his eye surgery after many persuasion had heed to going for the operation.
The actor who shared via his post write up on his Instagram had said that due to his profession that entails looking at the production lights for longer periods of time during film making had developed some harsh effects in his eyes as he started having experiencing growth encroaching the pupil of his both eyes.
Apparently, the actor whom seem to have undergone the surgery said that after about 8 hours after the surgery, that he was partially blind as his eyes was tightly shut by the Ophthalmologist Team Doctors. This he sad had made him appreciate and become more grateful for the gift of sight. Nevertheless, Mike had taken his time to thank his fans for all their prayers as he said he was already getting better gradually. He wrote on his IG;
“Forgive being Reluctant but just had to share..Many don’t know what we go through in the course of our work (FILM MAKING)..Had a growth encroaching the pupil of both eyes cos of over exposure to HARSH movie Production LIGHTS over the Years…(Heard looking into your PHONE/COMPUTER for too long also puts one in Danger)..Advised to get Surgery done,I was Scared…After Surgery, for over 8 hrs ,i was without sight as my eyes were Demanded Tightly Closed,Tightly Shut by the Ophthalmologist Team of Doctors..Hmnnn..These Made me Appreciate more the GIFT of Sight GOD gave me…Goshhhh that I can never ever take for Granted..Scary experience…But GOD is always Faithful..Glad Surgery was SUCCESSFUL and i will be back real soon to my work and Passion…Thanks to my FANS and TRUE SUPPORTERS..(NOTE Pls :Dont adhere to any IMPOSTOR who would want to take advantage to defraud anyone of his or her money…Pls I am Fine and Healing) I love you all always❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️..God Bless ??❤️”
